embassy appointments

Gud afternoon to all.. my request is that I'm not getting bank statement from the bank named Expatrio in germany for student visa...I have submitted the money and been waiting since 3 months even I have cancelled embassy appointments 3 times..but always interptions come...i request you all plz...
