I've had to report a neighbour couple for 3-4 years due to 4.5 years of stalking, threats, physical attacks on pets, and perverted slander of me.
I finally spoke to a competent officer yesteday who explained I just need to make a 2nd recorded statement, the neighbour gets an official warning...
