dramatic improvements

Help me study earlier and longer for my standardized exam. I would like to study about 6-8 hours a day. And study smarter and better and let go of testing anxiety and let go of the negative beliefs I've accumulated due to trauma. I would like to see dramatic improvements and ace my exam.
