double heart valve replacement surgery

My sister is scheduled for double heart valve replacement surgery, she is very frightened and she is also losing hope and feels that God never helps her. This is a very risky surgery. The doctors are not giving any assurance of recovery after the surgery. We just don't know what to do. Please pray
