donor sample testing procedure

I'm a CKD patient currently undergoing dialysis along with donor sample testing procedure with my mother. My both the kidney are shrinkage in conditions & found damaged during blood lab testing & ultrasound test reports at this last 31st July..I just want my both the kidney to be become normal...
