have doctor time between 10 10 30 this morning pray all went ok i got on my scales this morning and have lost 10 lbs so this is start i am 5 ft 5 in be 70 in few weeks and doctor says for my bmi i need to loose to 145 and i just now on my scales down to 208 so praying i can do this for my fatty...
