disturbing nightmare

Hello so I just had a disturbing nightmare. I have been plagued by the most bizarre horrible nightmares one can fathom. This has been going on for ### decades. I have prayed and prayed and prayed but they just won't stop!! Please help I'm sooo frustrated!!
