disorganized manipulative selfish

There's a very annoying family I deal with who are rude disorganized manipulative selfish--as screwd up as it gets more imperfect than anyone I know.From time to time the "promise" to move but it falls through.For them to leave already so I can deal with more normal people.My nerves can't take...
