diabetic coma haven

My sister is getting out of the hospital. She was in a diabetic coma. I haven’t seen her in 4 years. Due to drugs and alcohol. I was diagnosed with cancer last year. Had a bunch of radiation and chemotherapy. I have to take care of myself. Why do I feel guilty?
