detailed advice

Whenever I plan to pray in the morning, I wake up tired, uninterested, worried and end up frustrated and postpone thinking I will be comfortable next time but it's about a week now of this happening. Need prayer and detailed advice and Bible verses.

A friend of mine Whenever he is stressed a bit, it triggers sexual urges and then masturbates, he can't control it however much he tries. Needs prayer to defeat it and rebuke it when it comes, verses and detailed advice.
