degeneration

I would like to request a prayer for my health, I am currently suffering from sciatic pain and degeneration of 3 disc in my lower back, I have put myself in Gods hands I am reaching out because there are times I feel so depressed and lost.

LORD Jesus, I have a request for decadence without decline; to enjoy pleasures without degeneration.
