deduct amount

I have money loan for credit service &VIP But they didn't give me. And they deduct to my account for 398 RS.amount..please pray they returned my deduct amount... I'm poor boy.. No.. Father.. No mother.. I'm a farmer... Please please pray... I need to my money 398 RS.
