day hospital

Good morning prayer team it's early morning in South Africa we do not have a medical aid, our day hospital is close weekends. Doctors are few and expensive. I have severe pain in my lower back and stomach. Please pray for my condition urgently as I am not sure what it can be. Thank you. God bless.
