crackling

Audiologist has picked up inner ear damage (which im told is permanent) on both my ears, some words when heard aren't clear and i hear a crackling in my left ear on loud sounds. I also have tinnitus in my ears. I have an ent appointment tomorrow morning and seek clear results and a misdiagnosis...

I have shoulder problem been at least 3 months stiff and hurts at times can't reach out normally and hurts mostly at night before sleep when try to lift straight up can hear crackling and reaching out to side can only go so far not all the way feels locked up really need God's healing
