I am so tired of corporate america and the nonsense that goes with trying to make it to the top! I definitely don't mind working for pay and always the first to volunteer but if you get the wrong manager it can be tough. I have a manager that has been at the job for 25 years and asks for input...

Please pray for me. I have never seemed to be successful in human resources in Corporate America despite my many degrees. I just don't know how to play the game (per say) or people I trust are so aggressive to beat me to the promotion that will do anything to get it. I don't want to sell my soul...
