constant sighing

I’m Martha. I need urgent prayers. I keep sighing every 3 min. Please, pray this anxiety and allergies are healed. I believe both are the cause of my constant sighing. Thank you, God bless you.

Please, pray for me, I took a shower last night and didn’t do anything different and now my back is hurting especially in my shoulder area. Also, I have to sigh every 2 or 3 minutes. I have heard this could be due to my anxiety and stress but I’m concerned this could be my heart or maybe asthma...
