constant hoarseness

Bad itch on arm and feeling so cold. Notice a few bumps or bug bites multiplying in the same area gets larger and red when scratching. Whatever it is, maybe allergies, my Lord can make it subside and this constant hoarseness and congestion difficult to clear throat, also healing for close ones...
