constant ear infections

My golden retriever, the absolute sweetest, cutest dog ever, suffers constant ear infections and as of right now, her ears are so itchy she is struggling to sleep. It pains me to see such a beautiful, innocent, caring creature suffer like this. I pray and yet it feels like my prayers go...
