concrete boat ramp

Slipped on a slimy part of a concrete boat-ramp past Sunday and broke at least one rib. Please pray my ribs are healed and that I can cough without pain shooting to a 9.5 from about a 2.5 if I cough or move. I can only lay on my back, I was just starting to walk and run, swim and now I am eating...
