cold praise

Praise: My pool is not too cold. Praise: I had healing exercise today. Praise: hauled off trash. Prayer: that I can learn to rest in the Lord Prayer: peace and joy Prayer: that we can get a long, fun, relaxing vacation that rejuvenates and inspires our family.

Please pray that God delivers me from worry and trauma. I don't know how it got so bad. I'm tired of extremes. I just want to live a happy healthy balanced life. Even if things aren't perfect that atleast I'll receive the peace He brings that He covers me like a warm blanket when it's cold...
