clear information

What God cannot do doesn’t exist. I have been looking and praying for the fruit of the womb and finally God did it, I have been tested positive through blood and urine but the concern is that scan is yet to give a clear information about the pregnancy they keep saying it’s confusing or failed...

Please help with confusion, difficulty getting clear information to and from others in a timely manner.
