chest high pulse

    Please Dear Lord help me. I’m praying I’m still healthy.

    Dear Lord I have had a headache, neck pain, sometimes twinges in my chest, high pulse sometimes. I do not feel right. I have not been to a Dr. yet. I have anxiety issues but I do not know if it is that. I’m worried.
