Help to swallow pills no gagging and please help car smog go through now. Protect me Lord

Mighty Strength and healing also with Ent dr. have to get all this done soon on a timely manner before expiration with DMV and car smog so much going on and many appointments so overwhelmed, but only Lord can help and take 1 day at a time. Please help it all to pass. Amen
