capable doctors

Lord please help my old dad (###). He is in the hospital in a difficult condition. Cannot eat, drink, talk, walk. A diagnose is encefalopathy but we think that the doctors are not capable enough or just don't care. We are really worried about our dad and we want to help him as soon as possible...
