breakthrough setbacks

Please help and prayer with me concerning cleansing and spiritual deliverance for myself and my family. Also, to restore all wasted years the devil has stolen from me. being always stuck and stagnanted, failure at the edge of breakthrough,setbacks and heading in the wrong direction. Amen.
