I can't sleep yesterday and all number went up bp, heart rate etc, I should sleep better to day to get back to normal , Unfortunately, 2 hours after sleep, my mother wake me up to eat and sounds i had to struggle to sleep back again, I will had a blood test tomorrw and so really need to sleep in...
