    I've been getting "small" and "partial" and "temporary" ...

    I've been getting "small" and "partial" and "temporary" victories lately, but in the bigger picture I haven't scored a major triumph. For the bigger breakthroughs, the problems aren't "modified," why should the victories be? To go from being a small-time winner to being a big-time winner.
