big fear bad ways

I couldn't find money yet..I faced 2 surgeries and I can't do hard work ..only teaching and sewing I can do.but I couldn't find this money becoz covid came..have to finish my loan before Christmas.they asking every time and say definitely they want it...I don't know what to do..everywhere I find...
