believing sister

I want to be married. And I am confused because he is no more a believer my ex husband. Want to marry the will of God. Made a vow in regards to this. Just hoping I can obey 1st Corinthians 5:17 “if the unbelieving depart let him depart a believing sister or brother is not in bondage in such cases.
