balcony windows

No noise in and around my building, under my balcony (windows and my whole area and especially now in the next door apartment (big family, social cases)). They are too loud, making noise of all kinds, they shout, hit with things, walk too loud, move furniture etc etc. And I want to have...

Unbelievable, they have a meeting of tenants under my balcony/windows. I cannot rest and sleep.

No noise in my neighbouihood. Numerous family. Noise was very often in the past. No cars with engine on under my balcony/windows. Or any meetings under my balcony/windows.
