bad visions sleepless nights

I need prayer for God to help me. I've been having a lot of bad anxiety, bad visions, sleepless nights, sick all of the time. I'm so alone when it comes to companionship. I don't really feel much joy anymore. There's so many things I need to talk about. Sometimes I wish I could go talk to God...
