bad sound isolation

No noise in my neighbourhood of any kind. Someones water in a bathroom, loud music/tv, loud talking...peace in Jesus name. My neighbour upstairs is moving always in a loud way...i suppose he is listening very loud music while bathing and our bathrooms are extra accoustic.and bad sound isolation...
