bad red throat

I will be seeing the doctor when a appointment is available but I have a red mass on one of my tonsils, the other one is swollen, and have a bad red throat....and fear the worse. Can you please pray so this may go away on its own whatever it may be. Nothing is impossible with God. By his stripes...
