1) no noise from neighbours (loud wakling up and down, up and down, loud toilett water, loud light switching, to loud talking, family meeting - shouting and cursing - some kind of football game, i can hear every word through bad isolated walls etc etc) its 9.30 pm. I must wake up at 4 am. Lord...
