back ground check

I have been offered the perfect new job. However there is one more step I have to do for them before I get the job. I am worried that I may not pass the last step of the back ground check. 25 years ago I wasn't the person I am today and I have a old felony on my record of a drug possession...

I got a job offer and I've put my two week notice in and they called me yesterday to say a no seat belt violation showed up on my back ground check. Please pray that I will have favor with the legal team so they will push my paperwork through anyway.
