b ed degree

I was PRT in govt.school of Bihar, but state govt has terminated me due to b.ed degree of Nepal-Tribhuan University even recognised by gov of lndia.Persons having such degree are still working,only I am sufferingg .lt is under the hon. High court,Patna.
