apartments available

I wanted to relocate to Texas last year in 2019 but i didn't have enough money saved and the city that i was trying to move to didn't have any apartments available at the time. Now I'm considering again about relocating to Texas because I'm not happy in the state I'm living in right now. Praying...

I was planning to move out of state some time ago to relocate to Texas but i didn't have enough money saved and i was afraid I would not have enough money to pay my first rent. And during that time there weren't any apartments available. I currently live in Rhode Island but I'm not very happy...
