am sinner

I need prayers. I am suffering from STI. Help me, Lord, and I know all things are going well. I know I am a sinner, but I have to so that you can forgive my sins and my deeds. Accept me as your own, God.

God can help you to deliver your debt. How should He do for you? I prayed but no answer. He seen to me I am sinner, I think that why He can't do it. Or what shall I do to please Him. So advise me.
