I need prayers am suffering from STI help me Lord and I all things to going well in I know am sinner but I have to so that you can forgive my sins and my deeds accept me as your own God

God can help me to deliver my debt?how should he do for me?i prayed but no answer.he seen to me i am sinner i think that why he can't do it.or what shall I do to please him.so advice me
