allergies itchy eyes throat

Pray strongly the upstairs neighbor had his ac unit leaking into my mother's home water damage and there were some mold. I'm still having issues allergies itchy eyes, throat etc.The HOA knows about it and dried it out a few months ago. I told them that it's ready now for them to do the repairs...
