ageing process

I noticed that for four or five nights now, I've been having nocturnal enuresis. I also noticed that I sleep deeply these days as well. My waking up meet me with wet bed. I'm going to 66 years of age. Does it have to do with ageing process? Whatever it is, this is very embarrassing and...
