additional medicine

Hello......... I am so worried about my blood pressure, It is so high and the Dr. put me on an additional medicine but it is not helping. Please pray it gets figured out and it goes down to a healthy number, I am eating healthy, low sodium, little to no caffeine and nothing is helping. Please...
