acne medicine

I'm 15 and when I was 13-14 I took acne medicine which stunts growth, my body is now unproportionable, my legs are long and my torso is very very short due to growth being stopped, shirts dont fit, all that. I need a prayer to get at least 3 inches in my torso please, my name is Michael.
