48th anniversary

Hi.My anxiety medicine is due.I have been on it many years.My husband of 47 years recently passed and I am struggling.I keep being told the dose will be reduced. I am sorry if this inappropiate.I could use prayer for no reduction.Today would have been our 48th anniversary. Thank you for your time.
