Lately i have been very on edge
especially after an incident 2 nights ago in the building where i rent
at 3:30 a.m. until 4:30 a.m. that had really shook me up
i ask please for everyone's compassionate powerful prayers
for help with these panic attacks that i now
keep getting from the stress...
