Am asking in Jesus name please I need to wake up early to go gym be there by 4:00 am Monday to Thursdays with Sunday no later then 14:00, have to increase strength and lose weight while increasing fitness, have done this before asking in Jesus name to be focused and disciplined and consistent

Dear Lord, My Mom is currently unwell and she has to wake up at 4:00 AM for her dialysis appointment. Please help her to sleep so that she will be well rested for her appointment. Please let her dialysis go well tomorrow. Please heal her of her sickness. Amen
