3 pm time

Its 3 pm. Time for rest. Someone (probably ypung person is listening to very loud music - techno/house, i dont know what it isy but very powerfull basses and the music is echoing in the whole area. Lord rebuke that devil in the name of Jesus amen. Its very near of my building or in my building...

I just came home. Its 3 pm time for rest and i want to go to sleep and workers in the hall of our building (painters) are making noise with a hammer. I feel like someone is using the hammer in my appartement. Very annoying. Please let them stop. They already said that they will finish 2 days...
