2 heart sinus syndrome

Hi please pray for me... Heart mri scan showed that I have 2 heart conditions... 1.. Hocum which means a thickened heart muscle.. 2.. Heart sinus syndrome which means that my heart does not stay in rhythm and has a heartbeat of 40.. I don't want a pacemaker and believe that God can heal my heart...
