12 yr old dog snickers

Dear GOD, my fiance just took our 12 yr old dog Snickers to another vet, shes been having UTI issues a long time. The last vet possibly misdagnosed her twice. She bleeds from there has some pain, won't eat sometimes now, difficult to get up. I pray they can help her get better, if not please...
