    I made a huge mistake at work

    I made a big mistake. I am very stressed and anxious. I try so hard to do my best at work. I feel like I took 5 steps forward and then 10 steps back. I don’t want to lose my job. I do find so much joy in it, but it can also be very stressful. I am in a management role and I feel so overwhelmed...
