Very hard to find a weekly chart as cumulative will always appear higher by definition since it is accumulation without negating recoveries. The link here must have the blocking "accept" form minimized to close then the toggle switched to "weekly" as the default is cumulative. I did the above and here is the resulting screenshot. The Second Pic is Hospitalization rate for those 65+and above so you can see the "Ground Zero" bar clearly so as to see the previous picture was a brown flat line almost nill, null, nothing.
